 1. How can I contact SOLYLUNA?

You can contact us through hello@thesolyluna.co or message us on instagram @thesolyluna. We will get in touch in you within 48 hours.

2. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship internationally using ARAMEX. If there is a particular courier service you would like used. Do let us know in the notes when you check out. 

3. What do you use to ship locally?

 We use PosLaju and DHL to ship parcels inside Malaysia. 

4. How long does it take to ship my parcel?

Once the item has been dispatched:

Local shipping: 1-3 working days (West Malaysia), 3-5 working days (Sabah & Sarawak)

International shipping: 5-10 working days. 

 

5. Which payment methods are accepted?

All Credit/Debit Card under VISA & MASTERCARD are accepted and we also offer installments by using Hoolah. 

6. What is Atome? How does it work?

It is a payment method where you can pay in instalments with 0% interest and no processing fee. Just choose Atome as your payment method at checkout and fill up the details and upon completion, 1/3 of the payment will be deducted from your account for the first month.

7. How do I track my order?

You can track order via shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details. The status of the shipment could also be checked on the order page.

8. Do you accept returns? 

To request a return you can contact us by email at hello@thesolyluna.co. For more information, see our refund policy page.

 9. Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) for orders from outside of Malaysia may occur. These charges are at the customers own expenses. 

10. Service Delays

SOLYLUNA will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the courier service that is in charge of your parcel using your tracking/waybill number with the enquiries.
